HAYS Accounting and Finance has an excellent opportunity for an experienced Bilingual Accounts Receivable Clerk to join an established team in a growing company within the property industry in Ottawa. This is a temporary, full time position, for approximately 1 month.
The Bilingual Accounts Receivable Clerk will be responsible for reviewing AR, reconciling accounts, producing aging reports, collections, and liaison with clients.
3 years' experience with Accounts Receivable is required (ideally in the property industry) and you will have proven experience working in a fast-paced team environment with attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy, with the ability to organize effectively and display strong follow-through skills. Bilingualism (French and English) are an asset. In addition, advanced MS Excel skills are a must as this role will require the conversion of text files into excel, pivot tables, and lookups.
