Bilingual Administrative Coordinator - 2 months contract 343996)

Do you have previous experience as an Admin Assistant?

Are you fluent in French and English?

Our client, a very reputable and professional company located in Ottawa, is looking for a bilingual Administrative Coordinator,for a 2 month contract assignment.

This role would be responsible for the following:

. Handle all open and closed office filing

. Reception duties

. Contact clients to obtain missing information

. Pickup, fold, stuff and mail all office correspondence

. Create and mail correspondence to claimants, clients, and service providers

. Set up physical claim files

. Create, update and search BEN registers, PAS databases and DCT databases

. Sort, distribute, and mail daily cheques

. Process medical expenses

Qualifications

Specific skills and attributes required to successfully fulfill these responsibilities include:

. Bilingualism (French and English) is a requirement

. Able to lift up to 30lbs on a regular basis:

. Excellent teamwork, communication, and prioritization skills

. Proven organization skills, problem solving skills and decision making abilities

. High keyboarding/data entry accuracy and fast typing speed

. Working knowledge of MS Office applications

. Strong personal presentation
