Our client, a well-established dynamic company, is looking to hire a Bilingual Bookkeeper for their corporate head office in Ottawa West.
Reporting directly to the Director of finance, you will be an integral part of the team with responsibilities including the full management of the full accounting cycle from A to Z and assistance in the preparation of financial statement, and HST reports.
Salary from $40,000 to $48,000 (Annually

- Assist with the preparation of financial statements
- Prepare journal entries
- Prepare HST reports
- Assist with budgets
- Prepare bank reconciliations
- Support AP/AR functions and sales team
- Assist with various administrative tasks as well as reception as needed
- Minimum 2 years' experience or more in a pertinent role with experience touching the full accounting cycle
- Autonomy and attention to detail
- Advanced Excel skills
