Our Ottawa West client is hiring a Bilingual Payroll Clerk.
In this role, reporting to the Manager, you will be processing a bi-weekly payroll, including data input, employee correspondence and general support.
Must Haves for this Position:
- Strong command of both official languages
- PCP certification or in progress
- Experience in full cycle payroll - high volume
- 3 plus years' experience using ADP
- Advanced Excel skills
- General accounting, reconciliation and financial knowledge
- Strong proficiency using a variety of computer systems (including database)
- Prepare monthly payroll accruals
- Prepare monthly RSP and Pension Plan contribution lists based on payroll register information and update annual year-to-date employer pension plan contribution details per employee for T4 year-end purposes
Salary: from $45K to $50K per year
