Customer Service Representative and Bank Administration – Card Correspondence Department.
This position reports to the Card Correspondence Manager and is responsible for responding to Points General Service Inquiries received by Phone Channel agents. The representative performs rewards adjustments for customers. This will be completed with the new TLP system rewards processing platform. As well, as assisting with other areas of the Card Correspondence Team; perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned by management.
Customer Service Representative and Bank Administration – Customer Transaction Solutions (Resolution
This position reports to the Manager of Customer Transaction Solutions, within Resolution Services, and is responsible for the day-to-day completion of back-office functions as it relates to updating customer information, suppressions and account adjustments.
Specific Responsibilities include:
Update customer’s mailing and physical address and phone numbers
Enter suppression information for non-customers.
May be required to assist with other back-office functions such as: account adjustments, commenting, account number look-up.
Customer Service Representative and Bank Administration – Mail and Resolution Department.
This position reports to the Manager of Mail Services, within Resolution Services, and is responsible for the fulfillment of duplicate statement requests. This role is responsible for ensuring that key SLA’s regarding turn-around times are met within quality standards.
Specific Responsibilities include:
Check daily queue for duplicate statement request.
Print all statement requests as well as the required cover letter.
Prepare all statements for mailing.
May be required to assist with other duties as assigned.
